2018
In the 2018 the bank continued to operate as a universal bank in the following areas: corporate business, investment business and retail business.
As part of corporate business a number of events were implemented:
- New cash management service offer “Plan a year, save without worries” was launched;
- Section of the site for settlement and cash services was updated; special offers are used for different types of business;
- Remote banking service system for legal entities was updated.
As part of the retail business, the following projects have been implemented:
- New deposit «Champion» was launched, featuring a higher interest rate of 7% per annum;
- The rate on foreign currency deposits increased to 1.5%;
- Bank started servicing the China UnionPay international payment system cards as part of merchant acquiring.
In terms of image events and PR communications, the following events occurred:
- Galina Vanchikova, President-Chairman of the Board of SIAB Bank, once again became one of the laureates of the annual “Influential Women of St. Petersburg”
award;
- According to the results of the contest of banking sites conducted by the Association of Banks of the North-West, the bank's site was once again recognized
as one of the best sites among financial institutions in St. Petersburg;
- Bank representatives took part in a number of events: a business breakfast from Business Management magazine; Round table “Small and medium business - version
2018”, organized by the newspaper “Delovoy Peterburg” and TTFinance; conference of small and medium business of the Leningrad region - “Development of
cooperation and export. Prospects, challenges and opportunities. ”
2017
As part of corporate business, a number of events were implemented:
- The Bank received a diploma from the Small and Medium Business Lending Assistance Fund. The credit organization was noted for its high professionalism and
long-term work under the program of providing guarantees under the loan agreements of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Together with Taxi 068, Bank launched a loyalty program for corporate clients
As part of the retail business, the following projects have been implemented:
- The Bank switched to working with «Mir» cards using the MirAccept technology; emission of the «Mir» card for pensioners was launched and the connection to the
loyalty program «Hello, Mir!» was done.
- New deposits “Profitable month”, “At the height”, “Art of growth” were introduced.
- A service has been introduced for opening escrow accounts for settlements when buying and selling real estate.
- The card-to-card translation service has been launched.
- In partnership with IC “Consent”, a product for property insurance and civil liability for causing harm to third parties was offered - “Business Designer”.
In terms of image events and PR communications, the following events occurred:
- According to the results of the contest of banking sites conducted by the Association of Banks of the North-West, the bank's site was recognized as the best
site among financial institutions in St. Petersburg.
- In March, the President-Chairman of the Board, Galina Vanchikova, again became the winner of the “Influential Women of St. Petersburg” award, organized by
“Delovoy Petersburg”.
- At the annual TranzWare / TranzAxis software user forum, Compass Plus summed up the work over the past year and awarded SIAB Bank for effective cooperation
and development of promising technologies.
- During the summer Bank conducted several excursions for foreign students - participants of the summer schools of leading universities of St. Petersburg.
- The Bank also took part in several image events: the “Energy of Opportunities. Formula of Development "and the open day of the developing centers" Kroshka Ru

2016
- In the first half of 2016, the Bank successfully completed testing of the acquiring network for accepting Mir cards. Becoming one of the first financial
organizations that joined the NSPK and began to distribute the decisions of the national payment system "Mir", in June Bank began to issue these cards. In
December, a pilot project for St. Petersburg was launched for the production of “Mir” cards with a transport application that allows you to carry out banking
operations and pay for travel by public transport. During the year, a number of solutions were implemented aimed at creating comfortable conditions for
cooperation with the Bank:
- Additional Office "Petrogradsky" changed the address of the location - Bolshoy Prospect PS, 33.
- Payment services were systematically updated, in particular, customers were offered a convenient solution for paying taxes through the website of the
Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation www.nalog.ru.
- A new monthly contribution “Monthly Plus” was launched.
- In the second half of the year, the service was implemented - replenishment of the BSK “Podorozhnik” without a fee through the SIAB-Online Internet Bank
or the SIAB-Mobile mobile application.
- The Bank installed new terminals in the territory of grocery stores «Estny».
- For legal entities, a service has been introduced - SMS informing about the debiting and crediting of funds to the organization’s account. The bank continued
to actively promote the lending service in the small and medium business segment. Were successful shares for corporate clients, including the opening of current
accounts and the customs card "Round". The Bank continued to participate in professional communities and joined the Association of Regional Banks of Russia. The
RAEX rating agency (Expert RA) assigned the Bank a credit rating of A level “High level of solvency”, the third sub-level.
2015
- Two full-sized offices of the Bank "Primorsky" and "Vsevolozhsky" were opened.
- The product line for legal entities has been significantly expanded and improved: new package of cash register services have been launched, account number
reservation and departure manager services have been launched, SMS informing, new cash service packages have been added.
- Improved products for individuals: a new application of mobile bank SIAB-Mobile was launched, money transfers were made through the Golden Crown payment
service.
- Investment products for individuals were launched: trust management, individual investment account.
- The bank connected and started working through the National Payment Card System. At the end of 2015, the Bank became a direct participant in the Mir payment
system. In 2015, the National Rating Agency confirmed the Bank's credit rating at “A–”.
2014
- The Bank essentially increased and improved product line for retail and corporate business: deposits, credits, debit cards with cash back;
- The Bank launched deposit, which can be registed and controlled by our clients distantly, using Internet bank SIAB-Online;
- The Bank launched the product that proposes opening of credit limit through overdraft to payroll cards program;
- The Bank gained the right to act as a contract execution guarantor in the process of a state procurement;
- Bank SIAB made a start of crediting an opened auction participation applications on electronic platform;
- Shareholder's structure was changed;
- President-Chairman of the Executive Board Galina Vanchikova was awarded the certificate of finance committee chairman for substantial contribution in
sotioal-economical development of Saint Petersburg.
2013
- More than 160 000 plastic cards were issued by the Bank SIAB in 2013;
- A- level rating was affirmed by the National Rating Agency;
- MasterCard SecureCode was implemented, which is a private code that gives an additional layer of online shopping security;
- SIAB Premium Club was founded in 2013 as a VIP service. The office of SIAB Premium Club was granted as one of the best in the country at the BEST OFFICE
AWARD 2013 competition;
- Bank SIAB after rebranding was granted as a winner at one of the most prestigious competitions REBRAND 2013 (USA).
2012
- The Bank's capital increased to over 1.1 billion roubles;
- Its branch network grew to 38 offices;
- The Bank was rebranded in accordance with its long-term strategy;
- The Bank received notification from the Federal Customs Service of Russia, giving the Bank the ability to act as a guarantor to the customs authorities;
- The project SUPERCARD Cash Back Online was launched;
- The PCI DSS certificate of compliance was received;
- A prepaid Gift Card project was launched together with MasterCard;
- The National Rating Agency A- level rating was affirmed;
- The network of terminals in retail and service outlets grew to 953 terminals.
2011
- The Bank increased its authorised capital to 354 million roubles;
- A joint co-branding project was launched with Intourist Travel Shop;
- The Bank obtained the status of MasterCard principal member;
- The National Rating Agency rating was increased to A-;
- Equity capital increased to 1 billion roubles;
- The Bank launched a federal acquiring network in Russia (46 regions);
- A service was launched together with the office of the Federal Bailiff Service on verification, payment of debt and restrictions on travel abroad.
2010
- Innovative bank account management services (SIAB-Online and SIAB-Mobile) were launched;
- SIAB was the first bank in the NWFD to launch an Iphone application SIAB-Mobile;
- The network of terminals for refilling cards reached 100,000 terminals (Qiwi, Elecsnet, Kassira.net);
- The NRA raised the rating outlook for SIAB Bank to positive and affirmed the BBB+ rating;
- Delovoy Peterburg named Sergei Inkin as one of the top 50 best managers in Saint Petersburg;
- A CRM system was launched;
- An agreement was reached with Intourist on the launch of a co-branding project;
- An agreement was reached with MasterCard on the Bank receiving the status of Principal.
2009
- The newspaper Delovoy Peterburg named Sergei Inkin as one of top 30 managers in Saint Petersburg;
- The Bank received an individual credit rating from the National Rating Agency of BBB+, sufficient credit, first level;
- The Bank began implementing a strategy developed in conjunction with KPMG;
- The Bank established its own processing centre for developing the retail business development on the basis of bank cards;
- The Bank received a license to deal in futures and options.
2008
- Sergei Inkin headed the Bank's Board;
- Equity capital increased by 243.4 million roubles to 547.8 million roubles;
- Together with KPMG, the bank developed its strategy to 2014;
- Four additional offices were opened in Saint Petersburg, located in Petrogradsky, Kalininsky, Tsentralny and Primorsky districts of Saint
Petersburg;
- The Bank began to create an ATM network;
- The Bank became an associate member of VISA international payment system;
- The Bank became one of the financial institutions admitted to trading on the interbank lending resources of the Saint Petersburg Currency

2007
- The bank became an affiliate member of Mastercard international payment system.

- In 2006, the Bank expanded its geographical presence with a branch in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad Region.
2005
- In 2005, the Bank joined the Deposit Insurance System.
2004
- In 2004 the Bank was renamed OJSC Saint Petersburg Industrial Joint Stock Bank.
2003
- In 2003, the management team in Saint Petersburg bought a controlling stake in the bank. The Bank hired skilled employees from Saint
Petersburg banks and began to develop its business in the northern capital. This led to a significant increase in all its financial
indicators for several years.
2000
- In 2000, the Bank expanded its geographic presence by opening an office in Zheleznogorsk. The Bank's clients included municipal
enterprises in the town, and the bank became a significant regional financial institution serving the real economy.
1995
- The Open Joint Stock Company Saint-Petersburg Industrial Joint Stock Bank was established in 1995 in Krasnoyarsk. The Bank's
original name was OJSC Siberian Industrial Joint Stock Bank. The Bank was established with the participation of the Union of
Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The Bank's shareholders and its main customers were large enterprises from
various sectors of Krasnoyarsk's economy.
